Our mobile application ("App") is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of the relevant platform through which you downloaded it.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features within it at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, logos, course materials, tools, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Complete by Caitlin Pty Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, or use any content from our Services for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Sharing short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as referencing a concept in a social media post) is permitted provided clear attribution is given.
