This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you use our websites, applications, online tools, and related services (collectively, "Services"). Information you provide directly:

  • Your name and email address when you subscribe to our mailing list, sign up for a free resource, or create an account
  • Information submitted via contact forms, applications, or intake questionnaires
  • Information shared during coaching sessions, programs, or course participation
  • Payment and billing details processed through our third-party payment providers (we do not store full card details directly)

Information collected automatically:

  • App usage data including features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns
  • Location data (country/region level only, derived from IP address)
  • Cookie and tracking data as described in Section 6 below

Information from third parties:

  • If you interact with us through platforms like Instagram or Facebook, we may receive basic profile information in accordance with those platforms' privacy settings

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect personal information when you:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter or email list
  • Download a free resource or sign up for a waitlist
  • Enrol in a program, course, or coaching offering
  • Contact us via a website form or email
  • Use our mobile application
  • Interact with our AI-powered tools (see Section 3A)

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the personal information we collect to:

  • Deliver programs, courses, and resources you've enrolled in or signed up for
  • Send emails, updates, and materials you've opted into
  • Respond to enquiries submitted via contact forms
  • Manage your account and personalise your experience
  • Improve our Services, content, and offerings
  • Monitor performance and usage through analytics
  • Serve relevant advertising through Meta and similar platforms (where you have not opted out)

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

3A. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

Some of our Services include AI-powered tools. These tools use large language model (LLM) technology provided by Anthropic, PBC.

What this means for your data:

When you interact with an AI tool, the text you enter is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not intentionally collect or store the content of your AI tool interactions beyond what is required for the tool to function in your current session. No conversation history is retained after your session ends.

Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as your full name, contact details, financial information, or health records) into AI-powered tool inputs. AI-generated responses are for informational and reflective purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers we use to operate our Services, including:

  • GoHighLevel — CRM, page hosting, email, and SMS delivery (servers located in the United States)
  • Anthropic, PBC — AI tool processing (see Section 3A)
  • Stripe / ThriveCart — payment processing
  • Google (Analytics, Forms) — analytics and data collection tools
  • Meta (Instagram/Facebook) — social media interaction and advertising, including retargeting
  • Apple / Google — mobile application distribution and related services
  • Website and application hosting platforms

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your data appropriately. We may also disclose your personal information where required or permitted by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on servers that may be located in Australia or overseas, including the United States (GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, Anthropic, Stripe). Where data is stored or processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core functionality and improve your experience. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of cookies as described below.

We use the following types of tracking technologies:

  • Functional cookies — to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and enable core site features

  • GoHighLevel tracking — our CRM platform may set cookies to track form submissions, page visits, and campaign attribution

If you use our mobile application, we may collect device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers), app usage and crash data, and push notification preferences. We do not access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, or location without your explicit permission. You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
