The coaching industry loves to swing between extremes. One moment, being in a certification means you’re committed to growth, the next, it makes you a “certification hopper.” The truth is, both can be true. This piece explores the difference between expanding from your heart versus leading from your shadow, and why true embodiment matters more than another piece of paper. If you’ve ever questioned whether you’re doing enough, this will remind you what actually creates an embodied coach.

So much of the coaching industry tells us that success means bigger income months but what if it’s more than that? In this blog, I share my journey of redefining success as a coach, moving beyond burnout and money goals into a version of wealth that feels grounded, joyful, and sustainable.

I don’t come across it very often anymore because I choose safe coaches to work with and associate myself with. Coaches who truly understand the value of safety and work with integrity. Coaches who value their clients more than money.
